P.E.A. Patriots Complete Third Season
The Philanthropic Committee was proud to sponsor it's
third annual Baseball Awards Reception on October 15th at
the Brownstone House. The room was filled with energetic
players, coaches, and parents celebrating another great year
for the P.E.A. sponsored Little League Baseball team.
Coach Teddy Cordero presented the trophies to the players
and acknowledge each player and their outstanding
performance for the year. The team was made up of many
rookies this year and next season should even be more
successful after working hard this year.
 The
Philanthropic Committee is so proud of the young students on
the team. The students that achieved Honor Roll status also
received additional recognition and applause at the
reception. Pete Tirri, P.E.A. President praised the coaching
efforts and the responses of the students to those efforts.
"This is not just about paying baseball", Tirri stated.
"The coaches have dedicated themselves to making sure that
the players succeed not only on the field, but also in the
classroom."
The Philanthropic Committee is looking forward to
sponsoring the Patriots for another season. If anyone would
