The negotiated plan offers three types of dental coverage through Delta Dental: The Premier Plan, The Preferred Plan and The Flagship (Delta Care E).

After the completion of your dental enrollment application, your dental coverage through Delta Dental will become effective 60 days from your date of hire on the first day of the following month. The only exception, 10 month employees who begin work on the first day of school will receive health coverage effective their first day of employment. If you do not enroll all eligible members of your family within 60 days from the time you or they first become eligible for coverage, you must wait until the next Open Enrollment period to do so. Open Enrollment for dental is the month of May. The effective date of all changes is July 1st. No dental cards are issued.
